Writing this on a hot “summer” morning, perhaps a way to find a way to be away from home. I knew coming back home meant I had to face reality and problems. I am just happy for those nomadic homeless months. In that sense, blogging is my therapy. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Day 1<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

I decided to walk around town a bit<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Day 2<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Another hiking day. I feel bad that I had to stop for an hour sorting out some check fraud stuff with the bank while we were on a trail<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I didn’t have access to any of my banks for a few days which made the world that still relying on cash primarily difficult.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I think Luis thought about the idea of swimming, but ultimately gave up due to the cold<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After the hike we stopped in town to get some fried chicken. It’s definitely on the expensive side (almost $10)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Day 3<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Quick lunch<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"\"<\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Followed by a quick beer<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"\"<\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Watching sunset<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"\"<\/figure>\n\n\n\n

These last days were simple and were used to plan my return trip North bound. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I was glad that I was with people. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Day 4<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Another slow day with drinks and French food:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Day 5<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Got invited again to hang out with the hostel hosts potluck,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I made stir fry again. The French made some French onion soup that was superb<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

We could be a family<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Day 6<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Travel day to Lima. Gruesome 10hr bus ride to catch a morning flight following day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Day 7<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Flight out of Lima to El Salvador.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"\"<\/figure>\n\n\n\n
\"\"<\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Stamp into San Salvador<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

As my luck hadn’t been bad enough. My check-in bag was lost in transit out of Honduras. Needless to say, I was completely exhausted. To be with another friend on the final days was probably worth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It wasn’t too interesting to read this week, but it was relaxing. Most importantly to be around good people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
